Awareness

Abiding
Practicing sustained presence, not just visits. Most people visit. Few people dwell. This week practices the difference.
Days 22–30
Integration
Living presence in ordinary time. Not adding a spiritual layer — allowing the spiritual to become the foundation from which everything else operates.
